A match note kept by Zachary Jensen during the Pro Tour Las Vegas 2026 event weekend, written on a printed “Match Information” sheet torn from a spiral-bound pad. Match notes are a player’s own record of a match; this sheet also prompts for expectations, the outcome and reflections. The front, shown on a black stand, names “Zach” playing “mario” against “Nick” playing “Vynsette”, ticks the trophy symbol under Outcome and is signed twice.
